RMA

For technical defects, we distinguish between three situations:

1. DOA
DOA stands for "Dead On Arrival".

RMA PROCEDURE:

1. Obtaining an RMA number.
To obtain RMA number please e-mail to sn@wssnl.com or call 035-5429611. Indicates the serial number of the product and a description of the problem. The technical department will consider your application. After checking invoice number and serial number has been granted an authorization. You will receive an RMA number assigned.

2. Valid RMA number
If you have a RMA number from us you can receive within 10 days the product to us before the return authorization will expire.


3. Packaging
We recommend products in their original packaging to send to prevent damage during transit. If the original packaging is no longer available then the product should be packed adequately protected. Think of packaging the product of the following:
- Indicate the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the packaging;
- Give a clear description of the problem of the product that you return in the accompanying letter;
- Never send a product loose in a cardboard box to prevent damage during transit.

4. Shipping
The goods must be properly packaged to WSS Info Card Systems to be sent. Returned products can only be processed quickly and smoothly when they complete with all accessories will be sent. 5. Shipping cost
